The time has come for me to step away, and I’m thrilled to announce that the business will soon be under the care of a new owner. • Service Standards: The new sweep, James, has been trained by the same guild where I received my certification and has completed additional EU-recognized training to ensure the level of service you’ve come to expect will remain unchanged.
• Identical expertise: James has completed more than 200 hours of onsite training with myself, in addition to completing official qualifications. Over the months we’ve been working together, James has demonstrated that he has the same level of knowledge of the function and science of chimney systems, leaving your chimney in very safe hands indeed.
• Seasonal Reminders: Just like I did, James will continue to reach out to all customers during the summer months to remind you to book your sweep ahead of the busy winter season. This ensures you get an appointment before calendars fill up.
• Business Identity, Branding, and Uniform: The Jennings Chimney Sweeping name, brand, and overall business identity will all remain unchanged. James even plans to uphold these traditions by arriving in the same familiar uniform—complete with the traditional hat and waistcoat—that you’ve come to expect over the years.
